NOM NOM NO NO

Who needs online-dating?
As a rule, the ASPCA's advertising and promotion avoids the kind of controversy that (for example) PETA pursues. In light of that, its Valentines Day campaign for pet adoption is either immensely cute or rather creepy. (I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a date.)

Yale Online Courses has an awesome course called Global Problems in Population Growth.
(According to the current issue of National Geographic, sometime this year global population will hit 7 billion. Didn't we just pass 6 billion a while ago?)
The Yale Online Courses are free. Global Problems of Population Growth is by far the best of the courses I've listened to. It's appropriate to MoFi because it illustrates some of the similarities among primates.

Where zebras are considered threatening...
I wish I could say this was some brain-dead part of Texas or West Virginia or even Montana, but it actually happened 30 miles north of me adjacent to Hearst Castle, where they do keep zebras.

Not working with it, no way, no how.
Includes FOOF (aka dioxygen difluoride), the pungent (carbon diselenide) and unbearable (thioacetone - described as "fearful" when made in a soap factory in Leeds circa 1890) and the much more difficult to handle than fluorine gas.

Things people don't say about restaurant websites
. Recognised quite a few things that I don't say. And not just restaurants; Australian retailer web design overall standard is just bad.
