Donnie Darko for Dummies
Salon spills and spoils everything on the newly released Director cut of cult-hit Donnie Darko. [requires watching annoying ad] "So if you haven't seen "Darko" and don't want the film spoiled, don't read any further. (The publishers of Salon have asked me to note that instead of reading you might consider blindly flipping through the next six pages and clicking on all the ads.)"

Curious George -
I just enjoyed a great link by homunculus and I am very happy that Gyan (the music man) and languagehat are here to share their perspectives and fun links with us. I seem to remember seeing other MeFites posting here. How many other Metafilter members eventually signed up here when we were remarked upon over at that other site? Are there any others willing to "come out"?

Jenna and Barbara Bush Online Chat
Now I agree with Atrios, Ana Marie Cox (aka Wonkette) may be pulling our leg. If not then this online chat is hysterical. It seems that the Bush girls talk like 50 year-old White House speechwriters and like to pepper their language with a Bill and Ted "excellent."
