Curious, George: Cellphones + soundboards I bought some adapters so I could connect my cellphone to my computer, but so far the cellphone output is really distorted, and must be amplified. The quality when I play sound files from the computer into the cellphone is OK but really too quiet. Anyone done this before?

Curious George: another webhosting question I searched the other threads, but none of them quite addressed my isssue. I work for a small nonprofit in the midst of a growth spurt and we desperately need to change our web/e-mail hosting service. Currently we're using Readyhosting, which has crappy customer service and the e-mail server frequently goes down, as they don't seem to have any backup servers. more inside

Malarious George...Are Humans Total Pussies? Are humans able to resist disease less well than other animals? Crude - really crude - example; cats, dogs and loads of other animals happily lick their own butts and are just dandy, while humans drop dead from minute amounts of E. coli in drinking water, and from any number of epidemic diseases caused by sewage-contaminated water. more inside

C'était un Rendezvous Paris, 1968, early one August morning. A Ferrari 275 GTB, going up to 140mph, makes it from one side of the city to another in less than 9 minutes. I think I love the sound of the car more than the video. QuickTime 35MB, via jwz
