Breakup Babe She describes her blog as "[t]he self-pitying yet witty rantings of a broken-hearted, boy-crazy, 30-something writer girl on the move (and on the prowl)." The blog started here, after a tough breakup where she had to see the guy everyday at work: "So I saw Loser in the hallway today and it was awful. I think because he seemed happy. And not only did I have to see him, I had to hear him, and the sound of his voice was a sense memory that cut like a scalpel more inside

This morning Sinclair's web site carried a heated statement against Nightline for presenting a "political agenda". But here's the kicker: four of Sinclair's top executives each have given the legal maximum of $2,000 to the Bush-Cheney re-election campaign. Sinclair owns 62 TV stations, mostly in medium-sized markets.

As Wal-Mart rolls out the new RFID labels on their products, should we be concerned about how easy it is to track someone by the items they purchase? At the moment there is no guaranteed way to turn an RFID tag off after purchase (apart from 'sploding it), so consumers are carrying around a pretty decent (maybe) tracking device. Then again, maybe it's better to keep them...?

Oh yeah, and all the data collected will be available FREELY AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET except when the navy imposes data blackouts for passing subs. more inside
