It's the "Six Shot Six String" by Maskull Lasserre, whose art-mashup-thingies also include "Sonata Blade", a stringed cleaver, "Second Thought", an 'axe' that really IS an axe (obvious) and "Coriolis", a piano (made of rusted steel that resembles wood) that has come in contact with a boulder (100% real rock). Somebody has issues about his childhood music lessons.
