Ragtime
by Perfessor Bill Edwards. Midi can vary greatly, but most of these are superb, the best I've ever heard. Aside from Midi, The Perfessor's a pianist and composer of considerable attainments; his site also gives lyrics for many old songs, plus showing a number of original and early sheet music covers.

In September 2005, Neil Gaiman discovered a demonic tomato
in his garden. Sensibly enough he decided to make evil salsa out of it. Website Tomatoes Are Evil heard about Neil's evil fruit and linked to it as an example of a vicious killer tomato. Now Neil is being threatened with possible legal action by Branfman and Associates [warning: embedded music(!)] on behalf of Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, who claim Neil has violated their trademark by linking to them from Tomatoes Are Evil. Except, uh, Neil doesn't run Tomatoes Are Evil, and has not linked to anything to do with AotKT.

A large and previously unknown reservoir of water ice
may have been found below the surface of Mars, new radar observations suggest. You can use the new Google Mars to prospect the sites for yourself. You'll have to, because the astonishing longevity of the twin Martian Rovers looks to be coming to an end, and they won't be able to help you.

Collection of WWII booklets from Stars and Stripes.
Stars & Stripes published a series of G.I. Stories of the Ground, Air, and Service Forces in Paris in 1944-1945. Each booklet was approximately 32 pages in length and small enough to fit in a uniform pocket and to conveniently mail home. Originals of these booklets are getting very expensive, but the page has links to most of them online.

Curious George: photo gallery on a website
I am looking for a way to share photos via my website. I have used Flickr, but without paying for the Pro account one cannnot download/view the original full resolution of the photo. I would like people to see the photos at full res.
I checked OSWD for a good template but the designs coupled with my poor skills in setting up the page was not a great help. I tried Pixelpost but could not get past all the technical stuff setting up a database. Ideas? Am I too hopeful, and should I shell out for a pro account?
