When I was looking around last year, Best Buy and such had the best prices. I think I bought mine online, and then picked it up in store. Avoid the shipping charges, but get a better deal. Nowadays it can be tough to find good quality monitors since the market is so small. Most people buying CRT's are buying generic 15" or 17" ones because they're cheaper than LCDs.
I mean, look at that newegg link: $40 shipping!
