Read it in college PolSci. Brzezinski was NSA to Ford, round about the same era that Bush 41 was DCI. Thought to myself upon reading it, "wow good thing these whack jobs aren't in office anymore" Guess I should have believed my feral cold warrior of a professor when he said that he believed this book was prescient.
