You might be able to enjoy stuffing (er... dressing), but I doubt you'll be in the mood for turkey.
My advice: avoid sucking things for a few days after the operation. This includes drinking through straws, or eating things where you have to create negative pressure in your mouth. From what my surgeon told me, dry sockets are QUITE unpleasant.
