In "Meet Tirhas Habtegiris."

Well, back to the article that spawned this whole debate. How did the doctor who pulled the plug in this particularl situation rationalize his behaviour in light of his Hippocratic Oath? You know, the one the includes the phrase "I will prescribe regimens for the good of my patients according to my ability and my judgment and never do harm to anyone."

In "Curious George: I need a graphic artist to design a logo"

If you want to have a completely uninspiring logo, by all means use the scales of justice. I'm a lawyer, and if I had a dollar for every letterhead, card and fax cover page that came across my desk from another lawyer or law firm which featured the scales of justice, I wouldn't have to work again! What I'm really trying to say is that, although the scales of justice may seem like a neat idea, it is by no means original and will do nothing to distinguish your practice from the rest. I know this isn't the main topic of your post, but you should consider this.

In "Curious, George: Wedding MCing in a Nutshell. Help!"

My advice is not to overdo it. Your main purpose is to keep things moving, not necessarily to entertain. Get a schedule from the happy couple, and introduce things as they go along. Keep it simple. If the bride and groom are asking you to act as MC at the last minute, they may not have a game plan figured out, so you may want to check some wedding sites (such as The Knot) and suggest an order of events.

In "Bigfoot filmed in Canada"

The video is not the bigfoot video - it's something unrelated. Another article in Canada's Globe and Mail said that the family is not releasing the video, as they want to exploit it commercially. So, no bigfoot video for now.
