In "Curious, George: Paypal Customer Service?"

Okay, I'm able to post! I just found out this morning that they denied the refund on PayPal yesterday after telling my wife they would give us a full refund on Monday. They said that would exchange at no cost to us. So, I'm not sure what's going on. I hope they are planning to refund the money in a different way. So, we'll see what happens. It may just be that they don't want a negative PayPal claim against them. Like an insurance claim being closed and settled between parties. I hope, at least.
