From the video it looks like you only get a couple pieces of sashimi from an entire fish. I wonder what they do with the remainder.

Thanks for the greetings HawthorneWingo, I hadn't realized that I've been in full lurk mode since joining! Hank Mabuse, you're perhaps the second person to nail the origin of my username. Of R.A.W.'s books I've only read the The Illuminatus Trilogy, which is where I came across the detective Fission Chips.

Fantastic series, I highly recommend it (along with all of Adam Curtis' other work.)
