Drive-by p0rn. A driver in Schenectady, New York, was arrested last month after rolling past police with a DVD titled "Chocolate Foam" playing on the visor in his Mercedes-Benz. X-rated peepshows are making appearances in vehicles, arguably visible to other motorists. The question is whether a problem exists. And if so, are laws going to help or make it worse? Given the Bush administration's interest in cracking down on immoral behavior, this may become a popular issue with American legislators.
Get a caesarean, or get a murder charge Where do we draw the line? Should mothers be required by law to have an elective surgery if deemed medically necessary for the fetus to survive? Or is this just another stepping stone for the right wing religious groups to use in their fight to ultimately ban abortion?

The great escape. "Immediately after 9/11, dozens of Saudi royals and members of the bin Laden family fled the U.S. in a secret airlift authorized by the Bush White House. One passenger was an alleged al-Qaida go-between, who may have known about the terror attacks in advance." Did the Saudis buy a president? "How much money has flowed from the House of Saud to the Bush family and its friends and allies over the years? No one will ever know -- but the number is at least $1.477 billion." more inside
