"As we may think" This has not been a scientist's war; it has been a war in which all have had a part. The scientists, burying their old professional competition in the demand of a common cause, have shared greatly and learned much. It has been exhilarating to work in effective partnership. Now, for many, this appears to be approaching an end. What are the scientists to do next?

  • ... well I liked it. Fascinating how so much of what was predicted 60 years ago about technology is commonplace, nowadays. Of course, wearable film cameras (hee) aren't so big these days. But right at the end, where he's writing about electrical activity in the brain? Every once in a while there's a study in that field that... er.. damn. What's that called, again? And I still want my flying car, dammit.
