Inaugural edition of our new time, effort and money-saving exposé on DVDs! "[I]f you bought a movie upon its initial release only to discover that another tricked-out version was scheduled for distribution, we're going to save you the time, trouble and most importantly expense of finding out the hard way which set is better." from ign.com
  • Well, cunty fuckin' books, eh?
  • I'm sorry?
  • i'm holidaying in Toronto ( if such a thing is possible) and yesterday i bought a $5 DVD version of Batman Begins on Spadina. I hope it's got all the extras. Har! No I don't. It'll probably be the version with fingerpuppets. Stop me before i buy Mr and Mrs Smith and Bewitched.
  • not that I buy an f'n lot of dvds, but I still appreciate the link, techsmith. I have bought cds that have been new & improved over older versions, but usually something that I've really, really wanted (the new version of Coltrane's Africa Brass f'rinstance). What this does do quite well is alert one to the availability of the now less-expensive, unenhanced versions of movies like Stripes (or Dodgeball, if I were a complete idiot).
