Abused children of Angola - Exorcisms carried out to rid children of Kindoki. A BBC report, sparked by a recent case in London.

The video report has got to be one of the most disturbing things I have ever watched. Beyond sad/disturbing/depressing, this is truly sick.

  • The pastor dismissed the risk the child could die from such treatment. He said: "Why should the child die? If the child dies, it means the child is evil." I can clearly see something evil here, and it's definitely not the child.
  • "If the child dies, it means the child is evil." Made me want take a big stick to the good pastor and see if he'd pass the evil-or-not test...
  • *hands Stan the Bat big spiky hammer* Go forth, and sort out the righteous from the unworthy.
  • Ignorance -- always one of the Great Enemies of humanity.
  • I feel really sick after reading this. I have no idea what to do with this information.
  • In God's name, all manner of evil is possible.
  • I think that's sorta what He meant when He said not to take His name in vain. Not plain "Goddamn!" type swearing, but using his name as a front for all sort of deluded, demented, deviant behaviour.
  • .
  • It's vile, but... a little perspective.
  • I think that's sorta what He meant when He said not to take His name in vain. Not plain "Goddamn!" type swearing, but using his name as a front for all sort of deluded, demented, deviant behaviour. Huh. Never thought of it that way.
