  • minda25, haiky can be arranged any way that suits you. 5-5-7, 7-7-5, 7-5-5, there's precedent for each. Don't get rule-bound in haiku, finding the right form for a particular subject is half the skill of the thing. Traditionally, the 5-7-5 pattern was commonest, but in English these lines may seem clumsy; there is therefore a whole other way of writing haiku, with lesser syllabic counts, accounding to subject and author's intent and so on.
