Making everything an image is one way to prevent copyright violations.

Hmmm. That may be true. But it's also possibly the shittiest site-design approach evar. They could make it worse by cutting up the image files into cute little segueing tables. Maybe I email them that tip.

Its not a very good way to prevent copyright violations, either, when the focus of the site is the pictures

The figurative perspective is excellent... I've never seen this done quite this way before. But the literal perspective is LAZY. He or she should have put the ladder above the scene and taken the picture upside down. DUH. Or, used a better rig then a ladder. For being a photography site, you'd think they'd have noticed this problem.
