Actually... I was hoping for less obsfucation. Bill typically seems more straight forward and less of a product shiller.
Mmm maybe. But all those questions were pretty well stacked for the product. There wasn't a whole deal of room for him to wax lyrical it seemed to me. I still liked it. I like to hear about the product anyway -- it's what he does. Despite everything that's gone before, he's definitely worth a listen or a read but as you say, when he gets a bit more range to roam, he's perhaps more eloquent and interesting. I'll be reading part II anyways.
Thanks peawhy PY. I thought the 'blog' scoop hype was a bit of a hollow assertion. Not that I think Endgadget isn't an ok site, it is. It's a 2-way street: Gates hits his target audience and Endgadget generate their own content. Nothing wrong with that.
