What ever happened to picket signs Poor Charles!
  • Oooops they moved the link...
  • Huh? I just get the CBS home page.
  • First...here: http://us.news2.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/nm/20050302/mdf879384.jpg then here: http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/0308barebreasts-protest-ON.html Sorry I don't know how to code for url in the comment section
  • Not a bad way to get the attention of the Tampon Who Would Be King. He IS his father's son, after all...
  • Bobsled - like this: <a href="http://www.yourlinkhere.com/blahblah.html">Link Text</a> which then looks like this: Link Text
  • *cries*
  • *slaps petebest, tells him to pull himself together*
  • Like most everyone else, I didn't directly find the link. But I did find a story about the Evil Empire of Gates vs. Undergrad Peon. How do we resolve these idiotic eula confrontations?
  • Evil Empire of Gates vs. Undergrad Peon I'm amazed that the auction was allowed to complete. eBay had a strict policy of censoring major publisher software, for fear of being sued by fleets of corporate lawyers.
  • Please tell me directly if there are naked boobies involved.
  • I'm guessing he's talking about this: Two women arrested in Wellington, NZ, yesterday after protesting topless in front of Prince Charles. They were apparently angry because a breastscreening van had been moved to make way for Charles. Oh, what a world.
  • At first I thought her top line said "Get your colonic" as a public health message.
  • At least on of them is well known in Wellington as an attention-seeking git.
  • Thanks, Monkeybashi -- it was getting to be quite a mystery. /dying to know wot Charley's colonization shame consists of -- and is it worse than his UK shame?
  • I thought women had the right to go topless in NZ, tracicle. Is that not the case/no longer the case?
  • I'm a little unclear as to why the van was moved, was it in the way of something or just deemed to be unsightly? Just to cover my own butt, I do NOT feel that a breast-screening van would be unsightly, I'm just wondering if someone else thought it was.
  • I'm guessing that given the number of people who turn out to these sorts of things, it would have been in the way, unsightly or not. We colonials are easily entertained by the presence of royalty. Either way, I figure jeez, if they move it for a day, who cares? No one's going to be heading to the city to get a mammogram when they know there's going to be a big crowd there to get through anyway. I don't actually know what NZ's topless laws are - never tried to find out. :)
  • You can wander around naked, tracicle, but if anyone complains, it becomes indecent exposure or somesuvch.
  • to answer bobsled's question: looks like they went and got themselves improved upon
