• I'm hosting a crawfish boil at my house near Lafayette, and would love to meet other Mofites and Mefites. So drop me a line and we'll get another sack. Sitzpinklers welcome.

• atchfalaya, I grew up in Baton Rouge. I went to so many crawfish boils as a kid - someone on our block was always up for hosting a weekend gathering in the backyard. I remember lots of adults drinking beer and little kids crawling all over swingsets. If I lived any closer, I'd be all over it. And nowadays, I'd get the beer instead of the swingset. Ah, heck - maybe both.
• Ach, now a crawfish boil meetup? What's next, free hookers and barrels of 30-year-old scotch? I SEETHE.
