  • Ouch indeed. The Iron Maiden of footwear. That MT8 table lamp is a thing of beauty though. Me want.
  • I think I was a lttle drunk when I sat for that sculptor in Gandhara.
  • I followed that "beauty trail" not long ago. Some interesting stuff there: it also goes into obscure little sections of the museum that I'd never been before. I liked their case of antique and modern sound systems, though it makes me feel very old to see stuff like I used to owned sitting in a museum...
  • That lead glass would be a whole lot more beautiful with a freshly poured Manhattan filling it....

  • I don't think I really covet much, but that Egyptian ewer is gorgeous. My wife has been a potter -- on and off-- for years, and she had a raku phase for a while. That black raku bowl is beautiful.
