Oh my God. Tomb of Horrors. This is getting emailed to all of my geek friends. And from now on, "Liches don't have asses" will be my MoFi non sequitur of choice. Of course, only people that have been geeking it up D&D style since the early 80s are gonna get this, but for the cognoscenti this is brilliant stuff. Thanks for posting this.

Sorry, why were we attacking the darkness? What? apart from because their christmas single was crap, of course
-
if you didn't know, now ya know
-
y'know, they could have used an interrobang in strip number 005. that started out really funny. and then, by about number 003, i became extremely confused. and there's 377 of them :( bed, i think. please ignore me, i am tired and do not understand the culture.

Go heal a dear. Does anyone know any internet comics that actually draw the charcters?
-
stripe - machall , penny-arcade , ozy and millie (not gaming related at all, really very cute, kinda like calvin and hobbes)... the list goes on. I agree, though - this whole pixel-comic thing gets old fast... although this was rather amusing :)
-
BLAST! that'll teach me not to preview*... ozy and mille . Obviously, the other links should be slightly different.. sorry all.. penny-arcade, machall * okay, well, no it won't..

Most internet comics involve original art, including the well-known Sluggy Freelance, but I've found some of the better drawn comics among my frequent reads to be Cat and Girl, PhD (most academic comic on the web :), the very well-drawn anime inspired but goes well-beyond it Megatokyo, Cigarro and Cerveja, and Mac Hall has an interesting combination of computer and drawing (not quite sure what is what, but it looks good). On Preview - I see coriolisdave has Mac Hall - hey, doesn't hurt to have two recommendations
-
The first time I heard the Dead Alewives sketch was actually in the Summoner film - and the sketch just isn't the same without the eight foot alien.
-
T'would also recommend Mark Martin, Scott McCloud, the indispensible e-sheep and pvp.
-
I also just remembered Derek Kim's Small Stories, including Same Difference.

For people that have been geeking it up since the early 80s, this "just" in: DCS III (creator of A Paladin in Hell) is dead. Sigh.
