An interview with Einstein [Windows Media]
  • Both so very cute. Supersize them.
  • Where's patika? She will love this as much as I. )))))'s *grinning parrot owner*
  • I was really, really surprised by the "echoing drop of water" sound. It was almost eerie. Wow.
  • beautimous. Animals shouldn't be entertainment. but that was cool.
  • Animals shouldn't be entertainment. Clearly, you didn't see the Puppy Bowl yesterday.
  • ah yes dxlifer, you're right about me enjoying it :) I'll take a moment to brag and say my quaker is a better dancer (and also makes a charming water drop sound), but he's not in Einstein's league when it comes to talking. African grey parrots can do specific voices, and actually contributed to the breakup of a friend and his girfriend. The bird was situated between their two workspaces in the apartment, so if she called out, "hey, we have to go see my mom this weekend," the bird would respond, "sounds good!"(without him ever hearing anything). The grey's imitation was so good that the girlfriend didn't know, and the friend got into trouble when the time came and he was not ready to go. They didn't figure it out until well after the breakup.
  • At the risk of offending petebest (I totally understand & mostly share your view, and don't watch much Animal Planet as a result of that), I have to post: Skidboot! click on the doggie picture on the top left
  • As soon as I quit smoking I'm getting a bird.
