  • Sort of like the opposite of herpes, for me.
  • oh. my. god. that is TOO funny. i'm especially enamoured of 'the toast of the town' (trick du jour #40). i wish it had some kind of credits as to who's responsible for the site.

  • I believe that it's an MTV2 promo. Apparently they're "relaunching" today during the Super Bowl.
  • Crazy Phil is the BEST! I'm such a sucker for comedy involving mannequins. (Some of SNL's best stuff came from same.)

  • so... this is, like, viral advertising then? at first -- i was assuming this was just some dudes' site -- i wondered why they were going so psycho with all the branding like that. where exactly did you find this, mr. knickerbocker?
  • They've been advertising this all over Manhattan for a few months.
  • What a buzzkill. MTV get off the air now. They got me. GRR!
  • I'm kinda bummed to find out my post is really somekind of ad for MTV. I thought this was a site put together by a couple schmos, not by pros. I would've put some sort of disclaimer first had I known (that's assuming I still would've posted knowing). I do think some of them are pretty damn funny though, so there's that. Wedge: I don't really know where I found this. I followed some via link off of MoFi to another blog, to another, to another, etc... somewhere in the chain I found this. I usually surf with like fifteen tabs open. I think one of the blogs in the chain had an octopus theme, but that's all I can say.
