Interesting! Quite liked the photo of the lone soldier descending a minaret "after searching for insurgents". I would have just gone up for the view. Unfortunately, one can't view this presentation without noticing that some rather famous photos of iraqi prisoners being forced to jerk off together didn't seem to make the cut. Soldiers prepare to raid a shop suspected of producing and selling anti-Coalition materials in Al Fallujah, Iraq Those "I Hate Bush" beach towels are a real collectors item now.

Thanks for posting this. We are used to seeing only sensational photos. While some of these were dramatic, the mundane ones reminded me of all that the Army personnel have to go through just to be prepared (the trek through Alaska, covering yourself in dirt in Germany, etc.).
