This is a blast from the past (I found out about it maybe two years ago, and was told it was a blast from the past then), but it's still pretty great. The song, untranslated, is also kind of a perfect illustration of a good pop song lyric: Mostly words you don't really listen to, understand, or care about, mixed with a few killer phrases ("hasta la wonderful").

Information on the origins of Yatta. More here, including their performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Ahh, takes me back to my first internship in 2002. We had weekly meetings that ended with everyone sharing things they found on the web. These particular web folks had a stunningly narrow world view, not what you normally see in a creative group. They were really confused when I showed them the animated "Irrational Exuberance" version of Yatta.
