I'm listening to the Arcade Ambience project, and I was wondering: is there any (many) audio weblogs around? There's a million different photo weblogs (and a million different kinds), but sometimes I just want to hear the sounds of other places - buskers, sirens, arguments and noise...
  • If it's sounds of other places you're after, one minute vacations should be right on the mark: weekly-posted minute-long mp3s of environments of all sorts from around the world. Thanks for reminding me of it.
  • That looks excellent. Cheers.
  • I'm a fan of one minute vacations myself.

  • Not an audio weblog, but rather an mp3 stream: Resonance 104.4 fm out of London broadcasts a show called Framework almost every Friday evening and Wednesday morning. Entirely based on field recordings, either raw or in compositions. The most recent playlist included a lot of material from the latest phonography.org compilation.
  • Cheers all.
