My mum is a great fan of Andy Goldsworthy, and I looked through the books she has of his stuff last time I visited. He does beautiful work and I always envy him the life of wandering through the landscape creating ephemeral beauty as you go. What a great way to live.

I like the way they express time... some only take a few minutes to assemble, and others must have taken hours. it's like watching a meditation. thanks for the link, forks!

He has a movie out. I forget what it's called, but it's very cool. You get to see all of the reactions of the random people that see him working.

Yeah, I love this guy. He did some of his earthworks on a residency here in South Australia some years ago.
