  • I would imagine that it's mostly Gaye Bikers on Acid and Butthole Surfers. Also, following a moment of the purest horror in the hearts of hipsters everywhere upon seeing this picture, the iPod has now been reclassified as "ironic".

  • So, 20 months later, I got an email from a member of the band that actually recorded "Homo Truck Drivin' Man", Pajama Slave Dancers. He tells me that David Allen Coe never recorded their song and it's likely that someone misattributed it and put it on the file sharing networks. Lo siento, Sr. Rexford, it's not DAC's it's your song. My bad. I still want to imagine GWB listening to the song, ideally right after he spends some time with Reverend Horton Heat's Cowboy Love ("It's inter-racial cowboy homo kind of love.").
