If I had just married a supermodel, I would have protected her from the rain. Or the panic caused thereby.
  • That was fun! Hmm... I wonder what I did with all my GnR tapes... Their bit on Fox News is good too.
  • It's all so familiar, somehow.
  • This is good.
  • Shit! Tracy, please delete. (I googled, too. Damn.)
  • I missed it the first time, so thanks. ^^v
  • grrrr.
  • yeah, happy to have seen this.
  • I missed it the first time, too. Thanks. (George Bailey and Niles Crane as Beevis & Butthead... who'da thought?)
  • Eek. Nostrildamus growled. Public announcement: He had the link first. Moreover, and more frightening, Google failed me. Tracicle's search function, had I used it, would have worked much better. May I say Sorry to Monkeyfilter, to Nostrildamus, and to Tracy, who now has to (if she's not on a plane) interrupt either her holiday or her recovery from same to delete my double post? And I'll be much more careful in future.
  • Don't grovel goofyfoot. It happens. Eat your banana and get on with life.
  • Ach, it was a tongue-in-cheek grovel. (Plus, text-based groveling's kinda fun, sometimes.) But truly, if Google's not god, then what is?
  • I saw it both times. I saw it the first time first, and the next time next. If I see it another time, that'll be the next time, otherwise this time was the next time, and it still is until then.
  • well, i think i saw it the first time it was posted but i didn't click on it until now, with this post. then i went back and clicked on nostil's original post to make sure i wasn't going to get any bad karma for not clicking the original poster's post. then i realized that this paragraph uses the word "post" far too many times, so i stopped typing and clicked the button that says "post new comment".
  • Hey, there's a right way to be stupid. Apparently.
  • HEHAHAHAHAHAH
  • I missed Nostril's post during my hiatus. So to both of you... funny as hell. And what was up with the guy jumping into the cake?
  • i missed it earlier. but this is the kind of stuff that makes me love the internet. i am hesitant to check out the other strips lest they be lesser.
  • Hey, look who's back! Thought we'd lost you.
  • My ex said I'm like herpes, I never really go away and I always come back when you least expect it.
  • SURLYBOI! Are you typing from Antarctica?
  • Good to see you, surlyboi.
  • i am among the "missed it the first time" folks and lordy that's hilarious. as an old-timer i can remember very well the VERY FIRST day of MTV. seriously. we were all dangerously hung over and heard of this new channel with all music videos. on that day in the Maxi Pad (my college house) one roommate was puking in the kitchen sink, another in the bathroom sink and a third in the toilet. good times.
  • *gives a big sloppy kiss to surlyboi....'s picture* Yeah, I'm gutless. Welcome back! We missed you!
  • >i am hesitant to check out the other strips lest they be lesser. Do not miss the Ebert strip.
  • No, I'm not posting from Antarctica unfortunately. Though it may be warmer there than it is in NYC at the moment. My hiatus was fueled by a stint of volunteering for the Kerry campaign along with some interesting work for a drug maker and an investment bank who will both remain unnamed and a short tempestuous rekindling of an old flame. There was an orphanage in Cambodia and a school in Kathmandi mixed in there somewhere too. Neddy, if you were here, I'd plant a big sloppy kiss on ya. =D
  • The cleverest thing is that the dual strips 'o' news at the bottom of the tv screens in the tsunami news cartoon. I didn't realize on first viewing that one could read them from panel to panel.
