Word Count
"WordCountâ„¢ is an artistic experiment in the way we use language. It presents the 86,800 most frequently used English words, ranked in order of commonality. Each word is scaled to reflect its frequency relative to the words that precede and follow it, giving a visual barometer of relevance. The larger the word, the more we use it. The smaller the word, the more uncommon it is."

Great stuff. We've been here before, though, way back before the serverdeath incident. It's finding sequences that's the fun part... #3046 to 3051 is an accurate summation of George Bush's preferred election strategy: "Iraq winner, fucking smooth, nick votes". #7964 - 7967: "Homosexual loses papal schooling". #4304 - 4307: "Microsoft aquire salary tremendous". A bit more here. Finding potential post-rock band names is also a profitable use of time. And new, from the same guys, the very cool 10x10, which does a similar thing with news stories. Currently Arafattened.

Oooh, well look who won. I didn't see that one coming. I say we boycott using that word for a full year, just to see how its face would look once it dropped down to second. "Oh no, I'm so special, what happened?" IN YOUR FACE, YOU COCKY DEFINITIVE ARTICLE BASTARD! Thanks for a link, forksclovetofu ---------V IGNORE!

I find it telling that we use "fuck" significantly more often that we use the word "apology" I found this string (9220-9224) funny: "Apology, Senator, Depictied, Erica, Daft"
-
24281-24285: Musty weasel cults, sunlit dampened. It's a lovely thing! Where's Beeswacky?"
-
26814-26819: Unsophisticated fluff: unopened sifted Pretoria rhubarb.
-
