Your one stop science shop:
We've got dreaming dinos, disappearing amphibians, malaria vaccines, and Ig Nobel Awards.
And don't forget to sample the latest images from Saturn. They're ringadingalicious.

as for the disappearing amphibians, of all the species that have once inhabited this earth, all but .2% of them have died off. and the .2% that have made this far, are microorganisms like bacteria. so its pretty clear that extinctions happen whether or not us humans are around to speed up the process.

This dinosaur was poco loco (by which I mean small). He tucked his nose behind his elbow in the same way birds will fall asleep. Birds dream. So why not he, saur-ing on forever, into eternity?

Bees, what a lovely poem for this post. Sweet little Mei long utterly captured my imagination.
