Jacques Derrida dead.
Does anybody have the faintest idea what he was on about? Was it all rubbish?
-
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh double post sorry
-
Dude, seriously, how hard is it to at least scroll down the page?
-
Scrolling down is hard work. And you have to change your position on the page. You can't change positions and win the War On Terror!
-
But can we ever truly call something... a double-post? Hmmmm? -
/points and laughs
-
He was worse than Hitler.
-
/laughs at Wedge.
-
He was friend to children. He was made of turtle meat.
-
At one point, wandering through Derrida's library, one of the filmmakers asks him: "Have you read all the books in here?" "No," he replies impishly, "only four of them. But I read those very, very carefully". Dickdotcom: read very, very carefully Does anyone besides me wonder just what Dicky meant by posting this?
-
Derrida is now dead, sleeps eternally in a hole. A hole on the Internet. Speculation concerning his burial attire, and whether or not it was a wedding dress, is discouraged.
-
Does anybody have the faintest idea what he was on about? that's the funniest eulogy I've ever read.
-
dirigibleman: we've been eating Der-ri-daaaaa!
-
Yesterday I was reading some Derrida pieces linked from his Wikipedia entry, particularly this interview. Today I went to see Shaun Of The Dead. The two complement each other very well.
