How to pick up and carry your iMac G5
Now I know...

Maybe they also know where to find Nostril's socks.
-
...and knowing is half the battle.

iSock?
-
Now can it tell me how to carry this newfangled iPod thingy?
-
"Pick up the iPod by grasping it with your prehensile tail. Carry it to wherever you wish."
-
That's all fine and dandy, but how are you supposed to move this thing? Mine just keeps sitting there on my desk, its faint red beacon glowing through the night...

give me back my socks you bastard!
-
No, not the one by my bed, the other one. He doesn't want that, trust me.
-
This is useful information. While I don't have a G5, I'm guessing that the technique may work for picking up and carrying other things, too. It's raining here today, so there's not much to do. I think I'm going to experiment with picking things up and carrying them wherever i wish.
-
They should have had a picture - I'm still confused.

are they sure about this?
-
Little Durian: Have you tried the t-shirt folding technique? Hours of entertainment right there.
-
Gee, thanks sarah -- I missed that in August, and folding t-shirts gives me issues, which that video should resolve! [Unfortunately, I'm not kidding. I've spent hours in the laundry room trying to get it right enough so they don't look crappy when I eventually put them on.] So I spent much of the day today moving things in my apartment to wherever I wished, but now I have a new problem -- does anyone know of a tutorial that will tell me how to put them *back*?
