My Dark Horse Is Horney NSFW?
  • Hmmm. Can't say that I'm sure what to make of it. Some of the imagery is nice, but a bit too reminiscent of those spoof 'foreign' ads from the early 90s. Don't really know why they ruin some of the shots with piss poor compositing though. Like when the dude's head is sticking in frame?
  • This is part of this.
  • WOW! :-)
  • Does anyone actually buy Diesel jeans? Or do they spend their whole time just making ads that are self counsciously "hip" and "provocative?"
  • That was really really stupid. And now that I know it's a stinkin' ad, it's even more stupid.
  • You know what? I know this is part of an add, but some of these are really cool short films. And the add content is actually pretty minimal and unobtrusive. It feels more like sponsored art than an add. Which is probably the point: to draw in people like me and make me feel good about the brand, or what have you, but still... I'm rather enjoying watching these strange, atmospheric, and sometimes clever little vignettes.
  • What is it an ad for? I thought it was a site about dreams. (Sorry for being lazy, but I'm on low-band right now, and don't want to try to reload the site).
  • Diesel jeans. Which is why I was curious if anyone actually buys their product. I a) don't know if I've even seen anyone wear them and b) don't even remember ever seeing them for sale anywhere.
  • i didn't bother looking for the ad. the thing lacked substance, but i liked the crappy compositing and thought the actors / models were good. sometimes it takes the pressure or incentive of exposure to get good screen presence. the whole didn't live up to the pretentious title, but it had enough well-made eye candy, and the fake art vibe was better than so many people's "real" art vibe. so what does this teach us? commercial art sucks, but so does "real" art.
  • Diesel are cool in Europe. With a price tag to match.
