that's The City Lights Project for you - they're an outfit that supports and mentors the 'urban arts', like graff, stickering, stencilling and so on, tries to make legitimate street art spaces, and so on. They're based in Melbourne and the work of artists associated with them can be found in all sorts of exciting and out-of the way spaces. In a sideway off Tattersalls Lane in Chinatown here, there's this insane and hilarious work which is about my favourite bit of public art in melbourne
