80's anti piracy adverts
  • Dig the pixelated skull-and-crossbones! Very 8-bit (in the KoL sense)... very 80s. Don't Copy That Floppy!
  • OH NO! Not maths AGAIN.. And Mr Jones is such a ROTTER!! Classic.
  • I wish we had cool anti-piracy ads like these. Haha. the comics are a bit hard to read, though.
  • Hmm... is it piracy to reproduce them like that? Couldn't resist asking.
  • I'm reminded of the skull-and-crossbones motif used by the "home taping is killing music" campaigns. They were right, too, I haven't heard any music in years.
  • I seem to remember taking a trip to the UK in the 80's but I don't seem to remember the cops being in black and white. Maybe they'd been colorized by the time I got there. See it Shoot it sounds like a fun game. Anyone know where I can get a pirated copy?
  • So we were meant to be convinced to help out FACT, even though they were too incompetent to pick up a paper and discover there was a pirate game seller advertising in there?
  • hey roryk I have a t-shirt with that on it. Most people don't get how funny it is now.
