The most infamous one of all (sadly no video) On a related note, I heard tell of a "wheel of fortune" contestant who had the entire puzzle solved in front of him, all he had to do was read it: sadly he pronounced an area of water near New England "martha's VINE-yard" and was ruled wrong. Not sure if it's true but I can see it happening...
