I think part of my problem would be alleviated if I learned to spread myself around. I tend to pick a single web/net community and participate within it not quite exclusively, but close. Since April 2, there's lots of places that I was regularly seen on the net that I'm not around as much. That's a bad thing.
MoFi is great. I was just looking over the front page a few days ago thinking that it's more what MeFi is supposed to be than what MeFi is (at least lately). Some great links here.
