That's a damn fine looking map display but the thing that really gets me is all the other possible uses. And if they can get that refresh rate down to, oh let's say around 1/25th of a second, they are going to truly revolutionise the online porn industry (well, someone had to say it :)

Just last night a similar tought came to me... was with a dear friend, and she was extolling the virtues of some relatively sophisticated health relief product, how it solved a problem she had in a spot-on manner. 'Surely it's a spin-off of some military technology!' I said. Yes, very probably. Which is both conforting and scary. And Gamecat, go wash that dirty mind of yours now. Ah, why was "VacuBed" the first thing that springed in my mind as I saw the map's picture... oh boy... ;)
