How John Kerry busted the terrorists' favorite bank. I think this piece of recent history is far more relevant to the threat of terrorism today than what the candidates did or didn't do during Vietnam. More details here. [Via MeFi.]
  • The most tangential, remote relation with those global crooks would burn any politician to cinders. But not the Bushes. Ah, no, they seem to be untouchable. Nothing sticks to their feathers.

  • They don't have to worry about this because no one is paying attention. The media have all suddenly become Vietnam historians (after avoiding the forbidden subject of Tiger Force) and aren't interested in BCCI, despite it's obvious relevance today.
