Undecideds Not So Undecided
Via Political Wire, this follows everything I have been reading about the presidential election. The undecideds are heavily favoring John Kerry and it doesn't seems like George W. Bush can do anything to get them back. The memo linked comes from the GOP polling firm Fabrizio McLaughlin and Associates (so this isn't DNC spin). Their assessment is that "if these undecided voters were leaning any harder against the door of the Kerry camp, they would crash right through it."
On the bright: the GOP does have Rachel Hunter.

Bummed to find out Buffy and Anya are on the list. Good thing I'm finishing up Season 7 and won't have to worry about looking at their pretty mugs anymore (does anybody else have that problem? Losing interest in an artist because of their personal life? Or is that too OT?)
-
The Bush campaign needs to focus on two goals with these crucial voters – improve their perceptions about the jobs and economy AND more sharply and aggressively define John Kerry. Interesting wording. 'Define'
-
Well, Anya loved money more than anything else, and was always concerned about her boyfriend not having an adequately high-status job. Buffy was handed the world as an accident of birth. Sound like stereotypical Republicans to me 8). And the words "bright" and "Rachel Hunter" do not belong in the same paragraph, much less sentence.

Hookers & Beer: that's probably taking them a bit too seriously. Consider it this way - neither one of them is an A-List actor (more like B+List, I'm guessing) and you're probably taking their views too seriously. As long as they're not espousing the views of the Republiban (Bush and Co.), I wouldn't worry about their effect on public policy. After all, this is the same party that has Schwarzenegger, and let's face it, who doesn't like Ah-nold. What the world really needs is for Jesse Ventura to run for President. It'd be like tossing a live hand-grenade into the Washington old-ladies club.
-
I would become an American citizen just to vote Jesse the Body in as PotUS.
-
Bush campaign needs to . . . improve their perceptions about the jobs and economy But not actually DO anything to improve jobs and the economy who doesn't like Ah-nold Me, can I be first?
-
tracicle: He'd probably get assassinated, Rabin style, if he won.
-
The undecideds are heavily favoring John Kerry and it doesn't seems like George W. Bush can do anything to get them back. then they're, um, not UNDECIDED. there are fewer truly undecided voters in this election than in many years. and for voters to have made up their minds this early is pretty unprecedented, too.
-
wow. who knew the Minnesota Twins were Republican backed?
-
According to Electoral Vote Predictor 2004, Kerry will win 312 to 215. They have the states broken down.

And stuff.
