PowerPizza - Made from genuine Italian-style pizza box. I do appreciate good craftsmanship in a laptop case. [via Cult of Mac]
  • someone forwarded this to me the other day and I replied "I'd rather have the pizza". He said "Yeah, that's what everybody says". $0.02!
  • Who carries a pizza on its side? I can't imagine lugging my laptop around in this horizontally, but any other way defeats the purpose.
  • Good point PigAlien. Maybe they should disguise it in a big old dictionary like book. (-:
  • The OED was always my favorite book.
  • Outer design might vary from that shown Ummm, isn't the design the whole point of the product?
  • I thought a weird-ass idea to make money was the main point of the product, but yes Genial, that is problematic. Do you suppose they only make models as they order pizza? I now have this mental picture of dozens of businessmen and women carrying fake OEDs in tube stations.
  • These people obviously don't live in NYC where people get mugged for pizzas...
  • I've toyed with the idea of crafting some camouflage for a miniDV videocamera. Both for easily, safely lugging it around the city as for getting some candid shots... ot what you're thinking, more along the lines of capturing those serependiti... serempetit... serependitious... erm, interesting moments where visual elements on your surroundings render a pleasant image that is lost in flash. Tried with VHS tape cardboard boxes, then found this old walkman, shelled it; it fitted. But still, it was too awkward, it stands out too much. When I began eyeing this old, thick dictionary and trying it for size, I knew I had to stop.
  • I am in Brazil right now, and I have been warned many times about not bringing my laptop around with me. This would be the perfect way to not have it stolen. And it's stylish, too!
  • I appreciate genuine Italian-style art and architecture. It's very unique.
