For all your Masonic Police Patch needs...
doesnt really help my latent paranoiac tendencies

Surely this post deserves a comment.

This post? Or that post? Actually, this post scares me.

is that, like, real?

And at the extreme are the KKK state patches.

Not too many Masons in Monkeyfilter, then? Take off your tinfoil hats - what these are, are patches for state policemen who happen to be freemasons. Of course, it shouldn't be too surprising that there would be policemen who are masons in each state - freemasonry is, after all, the oldest and largest fraternal order in the world and the most widespread. Masons also provide a great deal of charity (for which they are historically not credited, anonymous giving being sort of a hallmark of the craft), both locally and more widespread - Shriners Hospitals for Burn Victims? They're all Masons. And take a closer look at the local Blood drive, or the sponsor of your local junior high softball team. Oh yeah, but we do run the world though. Forgot about that little bit.

Who controls the British crown? Who keeps the metric system down? We do! We do!

I still need to know who made Steve Gutenberg a star, though.

One of the Masons high in the Napoleonic admin I'm talking about above is the guy I'm standing next to in the photo thread. Golden banana to anyone who can guess who he is. Readers of Milan Kundera's Slowness have a head start.

yeah but police patches? Why not put them on the cars, or just change the name to "Mostly Masons" instead of Police? I thought it was supposed to be "secret" or something. *shrug*
