Are you a neocon? You know the drill.

This is the results page. I'm surprised to find that I'm an isolationist.

  • Liberal... go figure...
  • Liberal Liberals… * Are wary of American arrogance and hypocrisy * Trace much of today's anti-American hatred to previous US foreign policies. * Believe political solutions are inherently superior to military solutions * Believe the US is morally bound to intervene in humanitarian crises * Oppose American imperialism * Support international law, alliances, and agreements * Encourage US participation in the UN * Believe US economic policies must help lift up the world's poor Historical liberal: President Woodrow Wilson Modern liberal: President Jimmy Carter where's the part about being hung like a horse? Or rockin' til the break of dawn?! You can't label me, you . . you . .Christian Scientists!
  • It would appear that they toss government non-interventionism (if that is really an -ism) in together with economic isolation. Stupid thing puts me in with the isolationists, which I am not.
  • Realist Realists
  • Go figure, Coot the Realist!
  • Realist. And some of those questions were pretty obvious. I found C., question 7 to be over the top: Sometimes I lie in bed and think about what it would be like to call Paul Wolfowitz 'daddy.'.
  • Based on [his] answers, [rustcellar is] most likely a liberal.
  • Add me as one more to the realist column.
  • Yikes. Why does this form remind me of Florida ballots in 2000?
  • Phew... I'm a commie but they didn't catch that.
  • I'm the first neocon. Not ever, of course, just to post...
  • Liberal. But in a good way.
  • Based on your answers, you are most likely damn sexy. Strange.
  • Its says I'm Chaotic Neutral - with shitloads of something called "hit points".
  • Whole lotta realists here.
  • Keepin' it real.
  • liberal. why did i take that quiz to find out something that i already knew? why do i love taking quizes? i don't know, but bring'em on!
  • Not that there's anything wrong with that. throws 12-sided die to quidnunc
  • Liberal [Insert Favorite Epithet]!
  • /liberal with small L
  • where's the part about being hung like a horse? Or rockin' til the break of dawn?! You can't label me, you . . you . .Christian Scientists! I know you're jesting, but it should be said that the Christian Science Monitor is actually a really well written and unbiased independent newspaper, so don't let the name put you off too much. I've never seen any sort of agenda, religious or otherwise in their reporting. You can read more about the history of the CSM here. My feelings about the church, however, couldn't be more different...
  • agreed Daniel, i was just playing off the "labelling" thing
  • Liberal...and damned proud of it!
  • It said I'm a sexual predator. OK, it said I'm liberal.
  • Also a liberal: and I so wanted to be more anarchic.
  • Aww. I'm a liberal. And here was I wanting to get realist.
  • Of COURSE Monkeys tend to the liberal side--they fling poo, don't they? Most conservatives are so constipated they can't fling.
  • Damn, pegged me as a liberal as well, and I was trying to get surrealist.
  • throws 12-sided die to quidnunc Aw, my magic-user got a boo-boo :(
  • A stinkin' commie pinko symp liberal. Hey! Where are the socialists and populists and libertarians?!? Don't they count?
  • liberal, and I thought Isolationist
  • Apparently I'd be perfect for the Who's for a Party? party. Maybe it's just the tequila talkin'. Merry Tequila Day! May 5th everyone.
  • I am one liberal MOFO, I mean MOFI!!!
  • Hooray for liberal
  • Yeah, we're all a buncha liberal banana-eaters. Go fig! I say, that test was rigged! No way I'd be lumped in with liberals if they'd included more primal belief structures! The idea that they'd think there were only four - FOUR - legitimate foreign policy mindsets in this country!!! The nerve.
  • I cast magic missile...
  • Whew! F8xmulder, if we didn't have you here to provide some sort of balance, we'd prolly never have a cogent discussion.* *I'm assuming we HAVE had a cogent discussion here, haven't we? Maybe I missed it.
  • I'm a half-elf bard. And a liberal.
  • It says I'm a liberal. But I'm Canadian, so that makes me a conservative.
  • I'm surprised to see so many realists on here, considering that realist=asshole with rightist leanings.
  • It says I'm a liberal. But I'm Mexican, so that makes me an imperialist pig. This test is as useful as it's very limited political context permits. That means it's useless for most purposes.
  • I got Isolationist... I demand a recount! *waves 100-ton hammer at Christian Scientists*
  • It's all about American foreign policy from the 'Merkin perspective. So it's inapplicable for non-USAians, and not about the domestic policy socialist vs. libertarian axis.
  • I'm a liberal, except that I'm not.
  • I'm a Liberal, I had hoped I'd be something interesting I could talk about. However, I disagree with the points they give me as a Liberal. I expected to be a realist.
  • considering that realist=asshole with rightist leanings Smile when you say that, Trotsky! ;)
  • I like Wilson and Carter, so I'm glad to be a liberal in this definition. (I would be hate to a Gladstonian liberal, and am not that fond of the economicly right wing liberalism that seems to be growing in the US, at least where I am. Too much emphasis on the rights of the individual, and not enough on his duties to the community).
