  • yeah, man. this is good stuff, a friend and i having been visiting here extensively lately and are going to try making some this summer.
  • This was on MeFi last week, but well worth posting here. The articles on clothing and Heian culture are amazing.
  • I hadn't seen that Metafilter post. Not that it would have stopped me posting it anyway. It is truly wonderful.
  • The depth to which reenactors get inside things of their chosen enthusiasm always amazes me. *dashes off in kilt, clutching sporran-full of The Precious*
