Silenced Voices
Most of us are familiar with the fact you can't really separate your blog life from your real life. This site documents what happened when the lives of some livejournal bloggers were separated from them, period.

Good god, that's depressing. Maybe I shouldn't have read this post first, as soon as I got out of bed. I'm off to find some happy fluffy bunnies.
-
Here. Have some bunnies.
-
i don't think those are bunnies. this is a bunny.
-
I read one entry and decided I didn't want to read any more entries.
-
Bunny. Bunny. and Bun E. Hope it helps.
-
Cheap Trick rules. Great link. For people wondering, I'm talking about the Bun E link in the comments. As for the Live Journal link about Tom Mertins, I wasn't able to figure out why he committed suicide. I don't think his friends were able to, either. Which I'm sure makes the ordeal all the more difficult.

You want depressing? Here's depressing (from the lukecharm entry): "You were a wonderfull husband, warts an all, lol." Lol?? If my wife uses that in reference to my passing, I'll reach out of the grave and drag her in by her ankles. (If she uses it now, for that matter, I'll have to take her down to the shop for a tuneup.) I love you baby, lol! I'm leaving you, lol! Oops, you're dead, lol!!! Bah.
-
Haunting. How large is the LiveJournal community? The death rate seems abnormally high among young people.
-
Apparently at the moment there's 710370 active users, by which I assume they mean updated journals.
-
I have to agree, languagehat. At least she didn't say "kthxbi!", though.
-
told you i was hardcore///...

Ugh, naxosaur, I just read that whole script after a link from slashdot via the mefi jennicam thread. Stupid idiots.
-
At least she didn't say "kthxbi!", though. lol!
