Yes, de Carabas, PP is non-profit. They have a 501(c)(3) branch, which accepts tax-deductible gifts, and a 501(c)(4) branch that encapsulates electoral activity and so depends on non-tax-deductible support. In this they resemble the NRA versus the NRA-ILA.
