New Alzheimer's Drug Re-grows Teeth
In a clinical test for Alzheimer's, it is discovered that Tideglusib has an interesting side effect.

It's a double-edged sword for meth addicts. On the one hand -- new teeth! On the other hand -- a clearer memory of the things they have done.
-
The headline makes the clinical trial results sound kind of terrifying until you read the article. Like maybe subjects were just popping out new teeth or something.
-
That would be awful. What is worse than teeth where there are not supposed to be teeth? I think I read something once about someone who had fingernails growing over his entire body. I pray to God that was actually some dream. My mother claims to have a tooth in her nose. I have no idea what the hell that could even mean.

I do love the accidental side effects that give drugs a whole new life or direction. Take Viagra, for example. No, really -- take it.
